Since its founding by Danny Thomas, St. Jude has worked to advance cures and improve treatment for children with catastrophic diseases. Families receiving treatment at St. Jude never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food—allowing families to focus on what matters most: helping their child get better.
The research conducted at St. Jude also reaches far beyond its own patients, helping advance the understanding and treatment of childhood diseases around the world.
